Does “Arena Riga” organize events?
No. The core service of “Arena Riga” is the rent of premises, and the arena does not organize any events.

Can I take my umbrella in “Arena Riga”?
No. Items prohibited to be carried inside arena for security reasons are listed on the reverse of the ticket.

Can I carry in photo and video equipment?
Photo and video equipment can be carried in only by persons authorized by the organizers.

How long before an event is the arena open to visitors?
Arena is open one to two hours before the event. More specific time of opening is indicated for each event in the Arena web site.

Which are the best seats?
The stage is located at sector 202 and 203 (see the map), in the case of amphitheatre, the stage will be closer to the centre of the area. If you want to view the event from a side, the best sectors are 103, 104, 113, 112 (level 100 or 1st floor) and sectors 303, 304, 314, 315 (level 300 or 3rd floor). If you want to be directly in front of the stage we recommend purchasing tickets in the parterre or sector 107, 108, 109 (distance to the stage – 48 to 18 meters depending on the location of the stage).

In sports events, the best view is from the central sectors 103, 104, 113 and 112.

From which age do I have to buy tickets for my children?
Usually, children of the pre-school age, i.e. until 6 years inclusive, can attend events without tickets. However, tickets must be purchased for all children if the event is specifically for children. Please enquire at the organizers of each particular event.

What is level 100, 200 and 300?
Level 100 is the first or ground floor, level 200 is the 2nd floor, and level 300 is the 3rd floor. Please note that every level has several rows of seats in an amphitheatre form.

Can I take my own food and drinks into “Arena Riga”?
You are prohibited to enter the arena with your own food and drinks. You can buy food and drinks inside the Arena.

Can I buy cigarettes in “Arena Riga”?
Cigarettes are not sold in “Arena Riga”.

Can I buy tickets in “Arena Riga”?
You can buy tickets in “Arena Riga” on the day of the event and provided they had not been sold out earlier. Box offices are open at the same time as the entrance doors. The location of box offices in Arena Riga is shown here.
