Rent of boxes

On the second floor of “Arena Riga”, there are boxes that offer you the opportunity to be in an area zoned off from others and still enjoy the emotions created by the event together with all other visitors.
Box rent in “Arena Riga” is of the two following types:
1. Long term private box
Long term rent of a private box at “Arena Riga” has the following benefits:

20 guaranteed tickets at the lowest price for the best events (tickets can also be purchased on the date of the event and at the price set as the lowest by the organizer)

The lessee has two guaranteed parking spots (this condition is in force for all events where no special security restrictions are introduced)

A separate entrance and floor separated from the public area

Special service and catering with pre-order of food

Opportunity to organize business and informal meetings in the box at your convenience

Description of the private box
The box is a furnished recreational area with an exit to a balcony. The box has 10 seats. Additional 5 seats are located at the box’s windows to provide excellent visibility and audibility.
Furniture of the private box can be seen in the pictures; however, the lessee may change the interior according to his likes to tailor it to his own requirements and activities. Also, you have an opportunity to combine two boxes into one.
The box is equipped with a TV set, refrigerator, sink and table with chairs, kitchen bar, shelf and a closet. Internet and cable TV is optional.

The lessee will have an opportunity to purchase tickets to all events in Arena Riga at the lowest price of a seat for the respective event. Long term lease of a box entitles the lessee to 20 reserved tickets to each event.
In case Arena Riga hosts events where visibility from the box is impaired or restrictions are in effect that prevent entering the box, the lessor informs the lessee on it and reserves 10 seats in the hall at the lowest price of a standard seat. In the above cases, entering a box during an event is possible by producing the box client cards issued by the lessor.
Usage of the box is only at the lessee’s discretion and no other person is authorized to use the lessee’s box without his permission. Private boxes can be registered in the Land Register.

2. Box for a specific event
This is an opportunity to spend time with your colleagues, business partners and your family and friends in an intimate and pleasant atmosphere.
“Arena Riga” offers you four boxes for organizing corporate and social events, and viewing concerts, sports competitions and shows hosted by the Arena.
Renting a box for one event has the following benefits:

- a separate entrance and floor separated from the public area;
- possibility to invite to an event your loyal customers or business partners;
- cloakroom inside the box;
- special service and catering.
Description of the event box
Event boxes are located on the second level of the arena, i.e. the private box floor. They are accessible by a separate entrance in the Arena.
Each box can have 20 to 40 seats. Due to sliding partition walls, all boxes can be joined forming an area for up to 93 seats.
The area of one event box is approximately 60m2, including the balcony with seats, and without the balcony – 45 to 50m2. Boxes can be used for presentations and press conferences.
